CG Talon was founded by Christophe Grabielle, a civil engineer certified MRICS, to support owners, investors and developers in the design and delivery of high value-added real estate projects.

The firm operates at the interface between technical challenges, financial objectives, ESG requirements and the real uses of buildings — accompanying the construction and renovation of complex assets: towers, hotels, residential, commercial, public and industrial infrastructure.

Founder & Director

For more than twenty years, I have supported organisations in the design, transformation and management of complex real estate assets. My career has taken me across projects spanning the entire real estate life cycle — from strategy to operation, through development, construction, sustainability, building technologies and governance.

I founded CG Talon on a simple conviction: in an ever more complex environment, real estate decisions must be made with the long term in mind. This vision sits at the heart of my professional approach, and runs through the defining traits of my profile — strategy, innovation, analysis and anticipation.

Why the name CG Talon? A lifelong aviation enthusiast, I chose it in reference to the T-38 Talon — an iconic aircraft renowned for its precision, reliability and longevity. Designed to prepare pilots for the most demanding missions, it embodies a philosophy built on excellence, anticipation and mastery.

That vision mirrors my own approach to advisory work. In an environment where real estate projects are becoming ever more complex, my role is to bring clarity, secure decisions and build durable solutions.

Like the T-38 Talon, whose relevance spans generations, I believe the best projects are not those that impress on delivery, but those that keep creating value years later.

Today, I support owners, investors, companies and institutions in their real estate transformation projects — with particular attention to operational performance, sustainability, risk management and this lasting creation of value.
